The Library collection consists of over 11,000 books, over 350 periodical titles and many CD-ROM databases. The collection is systematically expanded, and the information on the books and periodicals is stored in two relevant automated catalogues. The collection is one of the most frequently used among 50 faculty libraries at the University of Warsaw (around 5,000 readers a year, using around 25,000 books and 10,000 periodicals).

The Library has Internet access (cable and wireless), and through it, to the European Union databases, as well as to the European Union Websites. Electronic sources of information are also available in the computer room with 20 computers connected to the Internet by cable.

Apart from managing the Library, the staff hold lectures on European sources of information and the functioning of the EDC network, take part in academic conferences on academic information and library science, conduct courses on European Information Systems. They are also authors of publications in the field of library science, academic information and bibliographies of European studies.
